Dresses and play set costumes can have an upwards of 2 week processing time

DOMESTIC:

First Class: 3-5 business days (estimated)
Priority: 2-3 business days (estimated)
Express: 1-2 business days (estimated)

INTERNATIONAL:
First Class International 2-5 weeks
Please allow up to 5 weeks for your package to arrive.

Some areas may take longer depending on customs. Also please know what your country's import restrictions are from the US and understand that we are NOT responsible for any customs fees, duty fees, or applicable taxes on international purchases you might incur

From July to October is our high season of costumes and we may take a while to reply to messages. Our hands are full of order to process each day.
We try to refrain from answering messages on weekends to take a break and solely focus on getting orders ready to ship the following Monday. Thanks for your patience!
On weekdays our normal working hours are 9am EST-5pm EST.

If you need to cancel a shirt, leggings, dress, or other sublimation printed apparel order, it must be done within 24 hours of the purchase. After this period the item will had being processed for printing.
