The seller was great to work with; responsive, quick, and professional throughout the process. However, the final product could have used more cleanup and polishing. It was very apparent that the item had JUST come off the tray and had the supports removed then packaged up. It also felt very close to the reference (as in same pose, etc.), and I was expecting something a bit more unique. Additionally, a few details seemed to be missing, such as the ears. There wasn’t much check-in during the process to confirm everything looked right, which would’ve been appreciated, especially given the price. Overall, a positive experience with the seller, but the final product didn’t fully meet expectations.
