Where is my order?
If it has been more than 5 days and your order is still marked "pre-transit", please send me a message! I get many orders daily and mistakes happen!
If it is "in-transit" that means it has been shipped and should be on its way! However, the postal service can make mistakes too. Click the tracking number to see the last update. If it has been a week since the last update, send me a message and I will resend your order :)
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
If your order is a sticker, it is sent via stamp & envelope without tracking! This is because it would cost $15+ with tracking, and most people don't want to pay that! The stickers may take a month or so to arrive. If you do not get the order within a month, please contact me!
Custom and personalized orders
Stickers/buttons- I am currently not open to custom stickers or buttons! If there is a certain character/series you would be interested in, feel free to leave it in the notes of your purchase! I do consider suggestions when making new sticker sets :)
Pins- I cannot do custom pins, as I order from a manufacturer with a minimum required quantity of 100
Plush- If you are interested in commissioning a custom plush, please check out this page! It contains links to my pricing guide as well as a quote form. Commissions open around every 2 months, and it is best to follow one of my social media pages to get notified when commissions are open!

Combining Preorder & In-stock items
Preorder items and in-stock items should automatically combine to ship out with the pre-order item. If you want it separately, please do 2 different orders! If it is not combining the shipping for some reason, please message me and I can see what I can do
