Do you accept returns?
Custom shapes, custom sizes, custom words and discount bulk orders are not returnable.
Items that are NOT personalized, custom orders, custom size or discount bulk orders can be returned under the following conditions:
• Contact Lotus Laser Works for return authorization
• Return items must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be returned in their original condition
• Original shipping costs are not refundable
• Return postage will be paid by the buyer
How thick are your wood cutouts?
We currently use 1/8" thick birch plywood for all of our cutouts.
Can your cutouts be painted or stained?
Yes! Our pieces are sold unfinished but they are easy to paint or stain.
Just give them a light sanding and apply the paint or stain.
How are your items measured?
Our items are measured by height or length/width, whichever is greater.
HEIGHT: the measurement from top to bottom
LENGTH/WIDTH: the measurement from left to right.
Items are made of 1/8" thick birch plywood. Please check the item description for wood details.
