I’ve taken to a little home bread making and felt the need for a secure and appropriate way of storing my bakes. the concept and execution is perfect. I thought I’d perhaps gone overboard by selecting the largest bag, but it’s just ideal. I’d welcome a little note on how to keep the bag in good shape. I’ve simply wiped it out with a paper towel so far, and it seems just fine. It’s easy to fold over to create a seal and holds that position well. I’m really pleased with the purchase. I’d happily buy from this seller again. the bag arrived nicely presented, is guess it would make a great gift for a bread maker you know.
