Can I change my address after placing an order?
We accept address changes only within two hours after your order has been placed.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, which are made to order, they are only produced after an order is placed. These items are created specifically for each customer, so we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective. In such cases, we will be happy to provide a solution
However, if a customer wishes to exchange an item because, for example, the shirt doesn’t fit, unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges in such situations. To prevent this, we provide a detailed size chart in one of our product images. If you're unsure which size will fit best, please consult our size charts. We have one for each item, listed in the product images. If possible, measure your favorite shirt to compare
How long will it take for my product to arrive?
Our products typically take between 1 to 4 days to be produced and shipped, depending on the supplier. Once shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 5 to 7 business days. Please note that once your order is handed over to the post office, the shipping time is out of our control and depends on the carrier.
