Once artwork has been shipped, the order is considered fulfilled and tracking information will be provided through Etsy.

Completed artwork is expected to be shipped once ready. Extended holding requests or indefinite storage are not included with purchase and may affect scheduling and order handling.

Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of the packaging and damaged artwork so I can assist with the next steps and shipping claim process if applicable. Damage claims related to shipping/transit may not be processed without clear evidence of the damage and packaging condition at the time of delivery.

Yes, International shipping costs vary on size, destination, and carrier rates. Some oversized artworks may not be eligible for international shipping due to size restrictions or extremely high shipping costs. Please contact me with your shipping address.

Every artwork is individually hand-painted in the artist’s signature style. No two paintings will ever be identical, including artworks inspired by previous designs.
