Custom and personalised orders
We offer a number of products which include personalization of a name or date in the listing.
These are the only products which we offer customization for. All other products are only available with the pictured design.
Can I get this item sooner?
All of our items are produced to order, so we do need time to make them before they can be shipped. Please see the 'estimated arrival' section. Sorry, we're not able to expedite specific orders. If you need an item by a certain date, please factor in the estimated arrival time given on the listing.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes, we can include your gift message! It will be printed on the packing slip included with the product. We also don't include a receipt or any pricing or billing information, so you can send it straight to a gift recipient.
Can I include a first and middle name on the blanket?
Yes we can print a first and middle name. Depending on how long the name is, we will decrease the font size to fit the name in. We can only print the two names side by side, they can not be printed one on top of the other.
