All big labels have a peel sign in the back. Simply peel each label from the back to stick it straight onto the bottle. If you want to take of the existing bottle label, soak the bottle in warm water for 5 – 15 minutes with 5 teaspoons of baking soda to easily remove!

Please note there are many delays right now within all major postal services (USPS & Canada Post).

1. If you are ordering from USA note your package is coming from our production house in Canada and then passes through USA customs. Then get's handed over to USPS to deliver. Hence, USA orders can take up to 5 to 12 business days right now.

2. Canada orders take 3 to 7 business days.

3. International orders take up to 3 weeks.

All small regular mails do not come with a tracking number. Only express mails are provided with a tracking number.

There are very rare cases where the mails do get lost.
In those cases we have no way to track what happened to the package. Please message us via ETSY Conversations to come up with a solution for your order. We have digital download options to help you out.

Since you are ordering from a regular listing the program does not sense that it's going to be downloaded automatically. We have custom create the order for you and then send you the file. For this reason, we will eventually refund you the shipping cost once we send the product.

With every order you get a PDF with instructions and a PNG file.

We need at least 24 - 48 hours to make it. There are certain products that can be made as a rush order within 1 - 2 hours.

All digital downloads are made to the custom size of the bottle. You simply download the file and print page 3. You can use sticker paper or even print it on regular paper. Instructions are provided on page 2.

We also send you a PNG file. You can download, then copy paste the picture to another document where you can adjust the size to meet your bottles size.
