Our turn around time for 3D signs is 4-6 weeks from the day you order before your sign is ready to ship. We have 1-2 week rush orders available if you need your sign sooner than that. We cannot guarantee delivery of your sign by a certain date within the 6 week time frame without a rush order, although we do our best to be accommodating.
All our mini engraved signs, and our freestanding names have a 1-2 week turn around time.

Please double check your email address and your shipping address when ordering. We communicate and send mock ups through the email address linked to your Etsy. If it is outdated, we have no way to contact you about your order and mock up. If we do not hear back within 7 days about a mock up we have sent, we move forward with the production of your sign so that it will ship on time.

Please make sure your shipping address is current, as we will ship your sign to the address you provided in your order. We are not responsible for shipping to an incorrect address. If your package is returned back to us due to incorrect shipping information or for unclaimed items, we cannot be held responsible for the charges to re-ship the package.

Your sign will come with a standard sawtooth hanger kit which you can use for hanging. If you have concerns about holes in your walls, you can use a velcro hanger. If you are hanging above a crib, or have concerns with falling, we suggest purchasing some "earthquake proof picture hangers" at a store to hang your sign. Our favorite is the french cleat!

We provide a placement mock up of every sign after purchase to make sure you love your name sizing, proportion, and placement before we start working on your sign. You will have a week to respond to that original mock up (with approval or to initiate changes), and if we do not hear from you, we consider it approved so we can get started on the production of your sign and get it shipped on time.
Once you approve your design, you cannot cancel your order or make changes to your design.

We use the manufacturer's digital sample of the paint color in our color chart and mock ups to minimize variation, but be aware that colors sent via the computer may appear different from screen to screen.

Since our products are made of wood, stains may absorb more or less (depending on the grain pattern, direction of the wood cut, part of the tree, etc), which may make your sign darker or lighter than what is pictured online. We always follow the manufacturer's recommendations for staining, so that our product is as consistent as it can be, but natural variations do occur.

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so for a full refund within 48 hours of your order. If you request a refund after 48 hours and before you have approved your mock up, there is a $10 fee, since your order is holding a place in our limited amount of orders we can take on. We will refund the remaining costs of your order. If you have already approved your mock up, we cannot cancel your order. Since all of our work is custom, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.

RUSH ORDER: If you need your sign by a certain date that falls within our turn around time, you can purchase a rush order to get your sign more quickly!

PAINTED BACKGROUND: If you want your backboard painted instead of stained, you can purchase a "Painted Background" add-on

CUSTOM COLOR: If you have a specific color you want to use and can't find it on our color chart, you can purchase a "Custom Color add-on"

SPECIAL SHAPES: Please message us with your custom request, we love making your sign extra special to you!

BACKBOARD SHAPE: If you would like a different shape for your backboard, please send us a message and we would be happy to work with you to make your sign extra special for you

Shipping time is not included in our turn around time. For affordability purposes, default for shipping our signs is through FedEx (1-7 day shipping), if you would like to upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority, please message me and I can price it for you.

Sometimes, bad things happen during shipping. If your sign gets damaged during shipping, please take photos of the damage and the packaging, and message me within 3 days of your package being delivered. We have insurance on all our packaging, and we will take care of you!
