Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: I usually start on orders as soon as I can—sometimes even right after they come in. ♡
If you’d like to cancel, please message me as quickly as possible.
Cancellations are accepted within 6 hours of purchase.
If your package has already been dropped off at the post office, or if I’ve just finished packing it,
I may no longer be able to cancel it—even if you're still within the time window.

A: Of course—if your item arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, I’ll gladly offer a return or exchange.
Just send me a message within 7 days of delivery with a photo and a little note about what happened—I’ll do my best to make things right as soon as possible.💕
I put lots of love into every order—from designing to packaging and even walking it to the post office!
I always double-check before packaging orders,
but since I do everything myself, a tiny mistake might happen once in a while. ( 。´• ᵕ •`。)
Most items are handmade or made-to-order (and may include custom colors or special details),
so I’m not able to offer returns for change of mind or sizing issues.

Q: My tracking says “delivered,” but I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
A: Sometimes USPS marks packages as “delivered” a little early—it might actually still be on its way and arrive within a day.
If it doesn’t show up, try asking your neighbors or family members, or check in with your local post office—sometimes they have extra info!
Still no luck? You can report it to USPS or your local police, just in case it was delivered to the wrong address or taken.
Filing a report can also help prevent mix-ups like this in the future.
Since the package is marked as delivered, I’m not able to offer a refund or replacement—
