Please keep in mind It takes time to fill orders so please place orders and custom request with enough time to allow processing and delivery of your order.

*Please place orders in a timely manner to receive you orders on time for your event. Refunds WILL NOT be given for delayed orders due to USPS.* FIRST CLASS Mail usually takes 3-6 BUSINESS DAYS but can be delayed several more days. If you need an order by a specific date please purchase PRIORITY MAIL to expedite the process through USPS.
All orders are shipped through USPS FIRST CLASS Mail with a TRACKING NUMBER so you can track when your order will be arriving. If you UPGRADE to PRIORITY SHIPPING 2-3 Day it also includes a TRACKING NUMBER. All shipping times are ESTIMATES and NOT guaranteed. If you need an item by a specific date please message me before you purchase for an estimated time of delivery. I do my best to get every order out as fast as possible but once USPS has the order it is out of my hands.
