Returns And Exchanges - Part 1
☞ Unused items may be returned for exchange or a full refund in the original condition within 7 days of delivery. Please CONTACT US via ETSY MESSAGES within 7 days of receiving your order with a Return or Exchange Request. If your item is eligible for a return or exchange, it must be returned to us within 14 DAYS of delivery.
If your returned item is eligible for a refund, we will credit your original method of payment, excluding shipping costs both ways. For returns and exchanges buyer is responsible for shipping costs both ways. Initial shipping costs paid are non-refundable.
Returns And Exchanges - Part 2
PLEASE DO NOT SEND AN ITEM BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST VIA ETSY MESSAGES AND RECEIVING A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN IF YOU SEND IT BACK WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
☞ We will process the returns in 5-10 days of receiving the returned package. The items have to be returned to us within 14 days of delivery.
☞ If the item returned is not in the original unworn condition or damaged in transit, the buyer will be responsible for the damages up to the full value of the item. Please keep all packaging if you are planning to return the item for safe transit.

☞ If an item with the FREE SHIPPING promotion is returned, the refund amount will be the item price minus $6 restocking fee to cover the initial shipping expenses we incurred. Amount paid for shipping upgrades are also non-refundable.
☞ SALE items discounted at 30% or More are FINAL SALE.
☞ Returns over $100 will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

☞ We will ship your jewelry in our custom gift box via Standard Shipping (USPS First Class Mail). Delivery usually takes 2 to 10 business days depending on the destination. (( Do NOT choose Standard Shipping (USPS First Class Mail) if you need your items urgently; upgrade your shipping method to USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express instead! ))
☞ We also offer an upgrade to a faster shipping method via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery usually takes 1 to 5 business days. USPS Priority Mail Express option is also available at checkout, delivery will take 1-2 business days.

We ship all orders in 1-3 business days, no exceptions! Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, delays in transit can happen for both USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail packages. USPS is experiencing employee shortages and limited transportation across the country. If your package is "In Transit" please be patient. This does not mean the package is lost, USPS is skipping scans along the way and showing less updates on tracking. If you have any questions about your package please contact us. We are here to help. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Policy - Part 3
☞☞ Estimated delivery dates provided by Etsy are based on normal times and they may not be accurate for your package under current circumstances. Please allow extra time for your package to arrive. USPS does not provide guaranteed delivery dates for any service and delays in transit can happen due to the pandemic.

Shipping Policy - Part 4
Please make sure to provide us your correct and complete shipping address. If an item is marked "Undeliverable As Addressed / Address Incomplete / Insufficient Address / Address Inaccessible / Addressee Unknown / Unclaimed / Refused / No Such Address" and returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for the new shipping costs to ship to a new address. Initial shipping fees paid are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or problems arising from the failures of the United States Postal Service. We will not be able to refund you in these cases. Please select either of the "USPS First Class (Insured)" or "USPS Priority Mail" or "USPS Priority Mail Express" shipping options at checkout to protect your package.
Shipping Policy - Part 5
If your tracking shows the package was delivered and you cannot locate the package please follow these steps. In our experience, package is usually found after the first few steps.
1 - Check the shipping address provided for your order and make sure it is correct,
2 - Check the areas the postal worker might have left the package such as porch, mailbox or any unusual places the package might have been left, dropped or forgotten around the property, inside the house or even inside the cars,
3 - Check with the others in the household to see if anyone picked the package up for you,
4 - Check with your neighbors if they accidentally got your mail,
5 - Call or stop by at your local post office and speak to a supervisor for them to locate it.
Chain Types - Part 1
☞ We use high quality gold-filled chain on virtually all of our necklaces. Gold-filled is usually a lifetime product because the gold layer bonded to the brass core is quite thick. Gold-filled contains 5% gold by weight; all the gold is on the surface which offers product protection from tarnish and wear.
☞ Gold Plated Chain is a less expensive alternative. We use a tarnish resistant chain with gold filled clasp. However, any gold plated chain will tarnish eventually with wear. The timing of it will depend entirely on the skin of the person wearing it, how it is worn and stored. Gold plated chain is also more yellow in color. We do also offer a longer lasting 14K Gold Filled chain which is the best alternative to a solid gold chain.
Chain Types - Part 2
☞ Sterling silver is usually a lifetime product, however, it is normal for it to get darker over time and it can easily be polished with a silver polishing cloth and will become shiny silver again.
