I accept PayPal and highly appreciate prompt payments. Having a PayPal account is highly recommended as it makes shopping easier for everyone. But in case you don't have a PayPal account, PayPal has an option of paying with your credit card.

UK buyers - your order will be posted as per the delivery window of the sale which will be mentioned in the listing. I will post your order within 24 hours after receiving FULL payment excluding weekends or holidays.
Please ensure that the address you provide is CORRECT in Etsy. I will use the address mentioned in the received order details unless you message and request for a different delivery address (within the postage location) once you have made the payment. I will not be responsible for any lost package due to an incorrect address. I hope you'd understand and I appreciate it. Thank you.

International buyers - your order will be shipped First class but please note that most of the times there is no delivery confirmation or tracking information on these parcels. Also, any custom/duties that are implemented on the purchase upon reaching the destination country, will be paid by the buyer. Unfortunately, I cannot see/calculate the custom/duty charges when I'm posting the parcel.

I also believe in recycling and re-using my package supplies - bubble warps, bubble envelops, card board boxes etc without compromising the quality and appearance of your parcel. I can also do a special gift packaging if you are buying if for someone else and post it straight to them for a pretty surprise for a little extra cost.

In my listing description if it states an option for colour or design choice please select your choice in the Etsy notes at checkout. I WILL NOT SHIP your package until I have your complete info - I will attempt to contact you and / or email you until I get a response.
