Each item is handmade by me - all orders will be shipped to you within 7 business days (unless stated otherwise in our shop header). All items are sent by 1st Class standard delivery- I will obtain proof of postage, so you know the item has been posted.

All my items are thoughtfully presented in shop quality packaging and are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive with you safely.

My postage costs are calculated based on the weight/size of the item.

DELAYED ORDERS

I will always send the order within 7 days, please note that shipping oversize (Outside the uk) can on very rare occasions take up to 5 weeks to arrive. This is totally out of my control.

MISSING / LOST ORDERS

I cannot be held responsible for items that get lost in the post.

If your order does go missing please do let me know and i'll do my very best to put it right, however if your order has gone missing due to the wrong postal address being given at checkout I'm afraid there is nothing I can do about this. Please double check your shipping address at checkout.

I will only ever send replacement items to the same delivery address given at checkout, if you would like a replacement sent to an alternative address you will need to pay for the extra postage.
If your order is returned to me by Royal Mail because the wrong address was given, I will ask for you to pay again for postage for me to resend your order to the correct address.

There may also be delays around holidays (eg.christmas and bank holidays) which are out of my control.
