Custom and personalized orders
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
In case of return of items the buyer pays all postage.
If you wish to cancel transaction, that there is non-refundable 10%.
All custom orders, including a personalized engraving items, are non-refundable.
If for some reason something arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged item and packaging within 14 days of receipt. We will be sure to issue you a refund or replacement.
Parcels returned to us because of incorrect address or unclaimed, will be refunded minus 10% of the order cost and post (All custom orders are non-refundable) .We can re-ship parcel again if you need ,buyers are responsible for re-ship shipping cost .

Tax fees
All orders shipped outside the Ukraine may have duty or tax fees that your country might charge you. When your package arrives you may have to pay additional customs fees or import taxes for which you are responsible.
These are fees that I can't quote you for and that I will not be held responsible for.
Please purchase accordingly and cautiously - be aware that you might have to pay duty or tax fees upon accepting your order.
If you think this may be the case or you have not ordered from overseas before please check with your post office prior to ordering.

Orders you purchased with regular shipping before holidays , not be delivered by Christmas.
We do not give a guarantee with regular shipping on such purchases and do not accept return or refunds.
Before holidays post and customs may have delays. It depends on the postal service of your country, and we can not affect the work of the postal services.
Please note again, we do not accept returns and do not make refunds for Christmas gifts , as we not responsible for postal and customs work and any delays.
We recommend choosing express shipping , before holidays .

- If immediately after the purchase for some reason you want to cancel your order, please contact us. If after the order has not passed 12 hours we will make a refund in full volume of 100%.
- If after the order has passed more than 24 hours and your order has not yet been made, we guarantee a 80% refund of the price. (We are working through an intermediary, so we cannot get back their commission).
- If your order has already been made, but not sent, and for some reason you need to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. We guarantee a 50% refund of the price.
- If your order is already shipped, no refund will be made.
