❗Custom fees ❗
Unfortunately, (it is stated in Etsy policy) as a seller, I am not responsible of any customs charges or fees in other countries as for items coming from a different country. I also have no option to check how much and if there is any extra fee while shipping the order.
Please be aware that starting August 29, 2025, new government regulations mean U.S. buyers may be asked to pay additional customs fees or taxes when ordering from international shops like ours.
These charges are outside our control and are not included in the Etsy checkout price. We want to be upfront so you know what to expect and aren’t surprised later.

If you ordered a standard-sized vinyl rug, the return is available (does not apply to orders over 1500USD) 👍🏻 Message me within 14 days of delivery before returning the item, so I can provide you details. Ship items back within 30 days of requesting a return. A custom order cannot be returned. The shipping return of purchase is at the customer's expense.
In case of a complaint, please contact me within 30 days of delivery and send a photo of the issue. Complaints submitted after 30 days of receiving the package will not be taken under the consideration. Also, if you decide to use/install your item before checking if it's free of flaws, the compaint will not be taken under the consideration.
Moss art is non refundable.

👌🏻 You can clean the vinyl mat with a damp cloth or mop
👌🏻 You can use the vinyl mat in bedroom, bath room, kitchen, hallway, dining room, kids room - wherever you want! If you decide to decor your patio with the vinyl mat, try to keep it in shadow
👌🏻 The vinyl is greatly durable and waterproof - much better option than the classical rug if you choose cleanliness
👌🏻 The thickness of the vinyl mat is 2 millimeters (0.079 inches)
👌🏻The material of the mat is a PES mesh reinforced vinyl - it's eco friendly :) I use Ink and technology completely non-toxic and water-based!

Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. I try to present my products to show them as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor and then on a final print 🙏🏻 My vinyl rugs do not contain metallic paint. The scale of the pattern on the visualization you received may be slightly different from the scale of the final print.
When placing an order for another panelor mat, please remember that colors may vary, due to a different print batch.

🔍Wallpapers material🔍
♦Removable material is very easy to install, you can reposition your wallpaper as many times as you need. You don't need glue, so installation is very quick and clean :)
MagicStick is like a big sticker, it works good for almost all smooth surface, the exception is latex/acrylic paint. Peel&Stick does not contain any paper. It's humidity-resistant, so it can be hanged in bathrooms, as long as it is not exposed to a direct source of water.
♦Vlies material is perfect for you if you need a wallpaper for traditional glue.
An additional advantage is that you can cover uneven walls with vlies material.

The most important things for removable material -
it doesn't work with latex/acrylic paint and your wall must be smooth.
If you have latex paint or a bumpy wall - choose my vinyl material :)
For both materials - your wall should be dry, clean, and free of dust. I recommend waiting 3-4 weeks after the painting.
Please - read the instruction before installation- you will find it in your package :)

🍀 Care instructions - Moss Art 🍀
During the transportation the moss may lose some water. Some humidity will help it get back in shape 😀 It's a very useful feature if you're looking to regulate the humidity levels in your house! After that it doesn't require much maintenance.
The moss may at first give off a specific smell, but it will quickly fade.
