I pack all cookies for shipping very carefully, but remember cookies are delicate! I cannot guarantee against breakage once it ships. For this reason I cannot offer any refunds or exchanges. Although unlikely, if your cookies arrive badly broken and there is an unusable quantity, you must take photos of the damage and keep all of the packing materials as this may be required by the carrier for an insurance claim.

I love getting custom orders. If you want a color or design that isn't shown feel free to ask if you have something special in mind.
Discounts
All of my cookies are custom made and very labor intensive. For this reason I do not offer any discounts. For orders over 5 dozen please contact me with your zip code for customized shipping quote.
Shipping
USPS Priority Mail is standard. If you would like to receive your package via FedEx or UPS please contact me for a quote and custom listing.
All orders are mailed on Monday unless it is a holiday. If Monday is a holiday it will be mailed on Tuesday. YOU are choosing the mailing date when you place your order. Only you can determine the best date for the cookies to be mailed according to your event date. I promise to mail the cookies on the date you choose. I cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, that is 100% up to the carrier.
If you are concerned the USPS is slow please order your cookies ahead of time and freeze them. I will not refund if they are not delivered by the date you want them.
Freezing Cookies?
My cookies freeze really well. Do not refrigerate! Cookies arrive individually heat sealed in clear poly bags. You can leave the sealed cookies in the mailing box and put the box in the freezer. Take them out of the freezer the night before you'll need them. DO NOT open the container or zip bag until the cookies are completely thawed. This is the most important step, opening the container may cause condensation and will ruin the cookies. If you have left over cookies that are still heat sealed, carefully place them in an airtight container (Tupperware or Rubbermaid) or zip bag. If using a zip bag I recommend putting a cookie sheet under it for stability.
