Policies
RETURN POLICY
General rule is we DO NOT accept returns except for in certain circumstances, All returns are done on a case by case basis. All of our items are made to order or refinished to order with accurate item descriptions given including sizes, color, materials and expected ship date, for these reasons we Do Not Accept Returns. Please read entire item description before ordering.
However we always want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase and will certainly work with each customer to resolve any questions or concerns.
Once you receive your order you have 24 hours to contact seller about the possibility of a return. Items must be shipped back within 3 days of original receipt of item/s. Tracking number will show when package was received by purchaser.

If a return has been agreed upon, customer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping on the original order will not be refunded as that money has been used by the shipping carrier.

Returned items must be in new, unused and in resalable condition. If item is damaged in return shipping WoodKnotics will not be liable to refund. Sender will need to file a claim on their own behalf with the shipping carrier for a refund. Please package safely and securely. Customer owns the item until it is safely received by WoodKnotics for inspection. There is a 30% RESTOCKING FEE on returns for time spent preparing the item/s and associated fees that WoodKnotics has incurred.

No Returns or Refunds are given on items that have been customized with names, initials, dates or Custom Orders that were created just for you. (that is unless we made a mistake)

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS.

*Please be aware that computer monitors are calibrated differently and the colors that you see on your screen may not be an exact match to the color received.

WOODKNOTICS CANCELLATION POLICY: (Up-dated on 11-8-2018)
We do NOT accept cancellation request after order is placed. Please make sure that when you make your purchase that you understand that we do NOT cancel orders any longer.
If a cancellation is requested after 3 hours of purchase, there will be a restocking fee of no less than 30% of purchase price no matter what the reason is for canceling. (That is unless you've accidentally ordered the same product twice by mistake) We start on all orders right away, and the above percentage fee will be deducted from refund due to time that we have spent preparing your item/items. All of our products are made to order, meaning either handmade, refinished, painted or stained in the color choice purchased.
By purchasing from our shop, you are agreeing to the terms of our policies set forth.


POLICY ON DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item happens to arrive to you damaged/broken due to shipping carrier, contact and photos MUST be sent via Etsy convo system within 24 HOURS OF SCANNED ARRIVAL DATE to qualify for a replacement or refund. THIS INCLUDES WEEKENDS. (Replacement will always be made unless we do not have another item just like it, in that case a refund will be given).
Please open your package and inspect your item/items the day that it arrives so that a claim can be filed.
All packaging material and damaged item/s must be kept until claim is approved by the shipping carrier. If packaging has been thrown away the shipping carrier will deny the claim, therefore WoodKnotics will not be able to refund or replace the item.
All packages are wrapped carefully, although accidents can occur.

Tracking Shows Item Delivered but you didn't receive it
*****If your item/package shows that it was delivered via tracking, you will need to contact the shipping company yourself to inquire about your package. You will always be sent a tracking number so that you will know what day to expect your package and can be on the lookout for it.

We do not refund or send a replacement item if tracking shows that the package was delivered. Always provide a safe place for your package to be received. WoodKnotics will not be responsible for theft of packages due to insecure location.
