What’s life without a paintbrush in hand.

I believe that your home should be a reflection of who you are. Whether it is full of color or a softer appearance or having a sophisticated flair to it. No matter what your style, the items that you surround yourself should tell a story.
I love to take everyday ordinary items that are both useful and functional and make them into beautiful treasures for your home decor.
I’ve been creating and painting for the last 27 years for both my own home and for others. From ordinary cast iron items painted to give them a new look to old vintage items giving them new life. Taking ordinary picture frames and giving them a whole new appearance from soft and subtle or maybe bold and colorful. Starting from scratch with wood and making beautiful frames, mirrors and chalkboards. You will find an eclectic array of items in our shop that have been transformed.
My husband is in charge of the plans and construction of any woods items and I’m in charge of the details of painting.
With my paint brush in hand, my hope is that you’ll love my items as much as I do and will want to bring them into your own home to enjoy.

Please make sure that your address on file with ETSY is the CORRECT address as this is the address that your package will be mailed to.

If you pay through PAYPAL, make sure your address is CORRECT and CURRENT as Etsy gives us that address on your receipt & shipping label when you make a purchase.

****If you live in Alaska or Hawaii or If you have an APO/FPO address, please send a convo for shipping quote to your area. Shipping may need to be adjusted before purchasing.****

***Texas residents are charged sales tax of 6.75% on all orders.***
Please refer to each listing as there are different processing times for various items, Each listing will have the shipping time listed. Most of my cast iron decor are listed as 5-10 business days before mailing however most of the time are mailed within 5 days. I start painting your item the day that you order because I know waiting for your lovely item to arrive is no fun.

If you need to Cancel an order, Please do so when in 6 hours of ordering. I start on creating your item/s promptly after your order is confirmed through Etsy.

If you order a "ready to ship" item along with another item that has a processing time, both items will be mailed together for you to be able to take advantage of reduced shipping fees.
Reduced Shipping on multiple purchases option is only for orders which can be shipped together to the same address.

We use USPS (Priority,Parcel and First Class) and also UPS for shipping. Larger size boxes will normally be shipped via UPS.

All items are shipped with a tracking number. You will be sent an Etsy shipping notice to the email address that you have on file with Etsy the day your package is shipped.

Please Note-When shipping picture frames and framed chalkboards, the shipping fee includes cost of purchased boxes, bubble wrap and other shipping materials used to make sure that your item arrives safely.

Insurance will automatically be added in the shipping price for all items shipped USPS Priority Mail and UPS shipments. If item is 13 ozs or less, item is sent First Class Mail.
Please make sure that your shipping address that you have on file with ETSY is the CORRECT ADDRESS as this is the address that your package will be mailed to. If your package is delivered back to us for a wrong, insufficient or out-dated mailing address that was supplied by customer, unclaimed package, etc. you will be responsible for the shipping fee again for us to mail the package out a second time.
****If you live in an apartment, make sure to supply your apartment # as the Post Office nor UPS will deliver your package without the FULL address.
Refunds and Exchanges
PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION CAREFULLY: If you have any questions just ask, I'm here to help.

I strive to give accurate descriptions, measurements and photos of all my items. If you have any questions at all, please ask before ordering. I'm happy to give you any information that you may need. I take high resolution photos so that you can click the Zoom photo button to give more detailed photos.

I want you to be 100% happy with your experience with my shop and your item/items. If there are any problems contact me as soon as you receive your item so that we may discuss any concerns.

IF your item happens to arrive to you damaged/broken due to shipping carrier, contact and photos MUST be sent via Etsy convo system within 48 HOURS OF SCANNED ARRIVAL DATE. Please open your package and inspect your item/items the day that it arrives so that a claim can be filed. Proof/photos MUST be sent to us within 48 HOURS of scanned arrival date to qualify for a refund or replacement of item. We will need photo of the package how it arrive AND a photo of the broken item. These 2 photos are needed to file a claim. Do Not throw anything away until claim has been settled.
All packages are wrapped carefully, although sometimes accidents can occur. So far to date only 3 items have been damaged in transit.



**Excluding Framed Items**-- If you feel that you must return your item(s); since the majority of our items are custom painted for you after you order, a refund MINUS 15% RESTOCKING FEE on purchase price will be given upon receipt of items back to us in resale-able--like new condition (non-used or broken) and must be properly packed in Original Packaging. Tracking and Insurance are required on all returned shipments. Item(s) must be sent back to us within 5 days of the original receipt of package. SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees incurred. Refunds will be given after item(s) are returned and inspected for damage. Please wrap carefully.

Due to the size and fragile nature of shipping and packaging our picture frames, framed chalkboards and framed bulletin boards, We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges based on buyer misreading or not reading listing descriptions, sizes, dimensions, color or change of mind. Please read the listing for all information about the item.

Please be aware that computer monitors are calibrated differently and what you see on your screen may not be the exact match of the color you receive. If you have any questions at all BEFORE placing your order, send us a convo, we're happy to answer any questions you may have.**********

***No refunds are given on items that have been customized with names, initials or dates or Custom Orders that we created just for you. (that is unless we made a mistake).
*****If your item/package shows that it was delivered via tracking, you will need to contact the shipping company yourself to inquire about your package. You will always be sent a tracking number so that you will know what day to expect your package and can be on the lookout for it.

We do not refund or send a replacement item if tracking shows that the package was delivered.

If an item has been broken or damaged during transit, please keep all packaging as proof for the shipping carrier to be able to file a claim. Proof/photos MUST be sent to us within 48 HOURS of scanned arrival date to qualify for a refund or replacement of item. We will need photos as proof to give to the shipping carrier to file a claim. You will need to do 2 things for USPS claims. (1) Take a clear photo of the package how you received it. (2) Take a clear photo of the broken/damaged item. This is a must as they will not file a claim without photos. Also be aware that you may also need to carry the package with all contents as you received it (box or package, all shipping material and contents) to the shipping carrier. Do not throw ANYTHING away until claim has been settled.
