Shortly after placing my order, I realized the wrong character had been selected. The shop responded to my message quickly and helped rectify my error. What if my package arrives damaged or incorrect items?
Please contact me ASAP when your package comes with damaged/incorrect items with pictures of proofs. The solving issues time frame is 𝐧𝐨 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝟐𝟔 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐃𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐃. If you contact me after that time, I could not fix it due to the overtime problem.

I put the wrong address/apartment no.!
Please double-check your addresses before paying. It is your responsibility as the consumer to give the right apartment number and/or address. No refunds or replacements are available for packages that are lost or returned to us because of an incorrect address. Unfortunately, we are unable to pay for the shipment or second printing. If you want to place a replacement order, I can give you a discount (depend).

Do You Accept Returns?
Since we do not maintain an inventory and all of our products are manufactured to order, we are unable to accept returns at this time. We aim for quality, however if there is a manufacturing flaw or damage during shipping, kindly contact us with photos, and we'll do our best to get you a replacement as soon as possible!
Do You Accept Cancellations?
Yes, before your item has been fulfilled and dispatched. Within an hour, usually. Please get in touch. Please contact me immediately if there are any mistakes because I send orders for production almost soon or after proof approval and 8 to 10 hours after proof sending and no response.
Can it be sent to Military Addresses?
Yes, but this indicates that the order was sent to the Fourth Party by USPS and will now be dispersed further. Unfortunately, since they have given the package to another party, USPS rarely gives tracking numbers after that.
These orders can take up to 30 business days to complete delivery, and there is an additional $10-$30 shipping charge (depend on location). If your addresses are in the military zone, we will get in touch with you. After this period, please let us know if your customer hasn't received the order, and we'll look into it further.
