Shirts:
* Please read the instructions that come with your clothing order.
* Kids sizes come in X-Small,Small,Medium,Large and XL. (5T will be xsmall)
* Onesies come in white short sleeve (NB-24 months)
Onesies:
3-9 Month onesies are *NOW* 3-6 Month
**Message me BEFORE ordering for a long sleeve or colored onesie please! I can't refund due to this.

Ribbon: May Vary. Please ask before.

Each sign is hand-crafted so colors and the finish of your sign may vary slightly to the sign pictured as no two signs are identical.
Avoid hanging your sign in direct sunlight or where it can get wet.

WOOD:
I work with real wood. There will be knots and imperfections. I do not try to hide these as I think it add charms to the item.

You can see the details of your order anytime ( including tracking number) by clicking on the "You" button in the right bottom corner. Your "ship by date" will be view-able from there.
Processing time frames are listed in each individual purchase. If you purchase more than 1 item at a time, processing time frame will follow the item with the longest processing time.
I try my best to ship your order faster than these time frames but I have to allow for delays for supplies that we have to order, etc.

*If you need an item by a specific time frame please message me :)
* Please do not open up a package with scissors. If you do please be very careful- especially with shirts and bags!

I would be more than happy to include a personalized note for gift orders, with no additional fee.
--> ALL my cups come with candy inside and are gift wrapped(no extra!)
However, if you want something extra like it wrapped in wrapping paper vs tissue paper please let me know.

Once you click 'add to cart' button you will be taken to a check out page. There you will see a box labeled 'notes to seller' you can add any personalized info, changes, or requests you wish me to make to your order in that space.

Items are (usually) shipped through USPS with a tracking number which can viewed in your purchase tab once the item has been marked as shipped. (More detailed tracking information can be viewed on USPS.com under tracking).

Note:
I always say that I do not work for the USPS :)
I can only view information using the same tracking number as I put under your purchase tab. Please understand I don't change addresses if you put the wrong address.
USPS can tell me the expected delivery day but it's not guaranteed. Delivery time in US is usually 2-5 days with 3 days being the average. Some times delays do occur or they forget to scan the item as it moves from the facility to facility (making it appear as the item has been stuck in one place)

PLEASE message me here on Etsy :) I try to respond to all my messages within an hour.

ALL orders will be shipped to the PayPal or Etsy address on record and will include tracking information. (Unless you request it shipped to a different address please put it in your notes section during check out)

I can not be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or sent to the incorrect address. Please verify the address before pushing submit :)

Tumblers and Mugs are personalized using premium vinyl.
This vinyl is strong, but over time can pull away from the surface if not properly cared for.
I recommend the following:
**ALWAYS** hand wash in warm soapy water.
**DO NOT** scrub the design when washing. This will eventually cause your vinyl to pull away from the tumbler over time.

Color chart:
* Gold is bright
* Fluorescent pink is much brighter then it shows on the screen
*Lilac is a soft purple

Return Policy:
Due to the custom nature of our items, I do not accept returns. If you receive your items and there is an error or damage, please contact us within 1 DAY (one) of receiving your order WITH a picture of the damage or error. (All orders come with tracking)
Please Note:
*** Buyer will have to pay shipping cost. I will send an invoice only for shipping cost.
*** I check ALL merchandise before shipping and will not send you any defective!
