Custom and personalised orders
We hope you'll love the item you purchased. If there's any concerns about it or you are thinking of returning it, please contact me for help, letting me know your reasons for wanting to return it.
As all items are made to order and many of them are personalized, therefore I do not accept returns on items that are personalized or custom made, unless the item is damaged upon receipt.
You will need to provide photos of the item. Shipping and insurance is non-refundable and the cost of shipping returns and insurance is the buyers responsisbility.
SIZING AND COUPON CODES
SIZING :
Product dimensions are provided either within the product description or within the listing details. Please note that it is your responsibility as the buyer to ensure that the product size meets your requirements. I do not provide returns or refunds for items purchased that meet the product dimensions and sizes listed on my store.
Please always double check the dimensions before purchase.
COUPON CODES :
We reserve the right to refuse the use of any coupon code running at any time to any purchase of any inapplicable item or order type. Coupon codes are invalid in bulk purchases (6 or more items) or any other listing that has been previously discounted in some way (including a free shipping order) in all circumstances.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
I try to start production of all orders as soon as possible so that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Depending on when you order was placed, cancellation may be possible if production has not yet begun.
Please contact me by message within 6 hours of purchase to check if changes or cancellation are possible, and let me know the changes you wish to make or reasons for cancellation, so that I can help you as best I can.
MY ITEM IS DAMAGED/INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?
Please contact me via message for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, including a photo of the item.
I'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without contacting me for the correct procedure.
Please note that we cannot exchange / return items where you have chosen the incorrect size. Each item is listed with a sizing chart giving you exact measurments and it is your responsibility to ensure you choose the correct size for you.
If you have any questions about sizing we encourage you to reach out to us via message prior to purchase so that we can advise you.
CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
I hope that you will LOVE your purchase and won't need to return it!
However if your arrives damaged or is defective in some way, please contact me on receipt of the damaged item. Please contact me within 14 days of receipt of the damaged item and include a photo of the damage/ defect and details.
Please note : Custom or personalized orders are non returnable and non refundable unless the item was damaged on receipt or defective - again please contact me within 14 days of receipt and with a photo of the damage.
TIMING AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
TIMING:
All of our items require an up 7 day processing time, though we do the best we can to get them out much faster, depending on order volume/time of year. All items are shipped First Class.
When your item is shipped you will receive an email from Etsy with a tracking number.
Signature requirements may be purchased for $2.50, please convo me before purchasing an item so I can update this into your item total.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Items will be shipped First Class and can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on location. LucaBooCo cannot be held responsible for delayed shipping time because of customs issues. It is important to know if your country has a VAT import tax -- if so, your post office may charge you an additional fee
Custom and personalised orders
We ship all items with USPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Due to Covid-19, some international packages may be delayed due to routing or customs delays.
USA - Within 2-5 business days
Canada - Within 4-10 business days
Western Europe - Within 5-15 business days
Australia/NZ - Within 5-15 business days
Rest of the World - Within 5-20 business days

I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
LucaBooCo cannot be held responsible or liable for any packages once they have been shipped. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for package theft or if the item is lost in the mail. But, we will do our best from the start to work with you and make sure you have a great experience.
INCORRECT ADDRESS:
Any orders including misspelled names and incorrect shipping addresses due to client’s error will not be refunded once shipped. Replacements can be purchased for full price. If the shipping address needs to be changed, you must message me before shipment.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES/TAXES?
We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labelling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.
It's unusual for orders of 1-2 items to attract customs fees, except in countries where there is a very low or no tax-free threshold. If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.
