Shop policies

Included:
- guiding and answering question regarding theme installation process,
- making sure installed theme looks like demo,
- resolving issues with theme recommended plugins,
- fixing bugs.
Not included:
- modifying themes beyond their original look,
- changing fonts, colors and layout,
- providing instructions on how to modify theme,
- setting up plugins/apps that have not been included with theme,
- setting up shop, pages and content that are not included in demo theme.
Support requirements

Some requests can not be processed without accessing your blog/shop/hosting dashboard directly. You may be asked to provide access to any of the above, including:
- address of your shop/blog,
- login/password to your shop/blog dashboard,
- login/password to your hosting area.
Although your logins and passwords are safe, to keep security at highest possible level I suggest creating temporary account just for support purpose, so you can keep your original login/password isolated.
Client website support

LucaThemes can not provide support to websites that do not own their own copy of LucaThemes theme. If you are a designer/developer who bought a theme and installed in your Client’s website, you are responsible for providing support. If your Client needs direct support from LucaThemes, they need to purchase a license on their own.
Revoked support
--------------------------------------------
On very rare occasions standard support may not be provided, when:
- problems occured while modifying theme code,
- third-party plugins are conflicting with theme code,
- website owner has not purchased theme on their own.
Response time

Although we strive to answer any questions and provide support as quickly as possible, please allow up to 36 hours on business days.
Support is provided on weekends and holidays as well, however response time may be longer.

Custom Work:

Please be aware that we initially make a detailed list of things you want included in your custom order. If you decide to add/remove/change anything during or after custom order is finished, it will require additionial fee.
Premade Logo and Header Designs:

The only changes that can be made to premade logos are text and colors. Fonts and style are not changeable.
Copyrights:

For pre-made logos and headers, I retain copyright to the design.
For custom logos and headers, all exclusive right are transferred to you.
For premade website and shop templates, I retain copyright to the design.
For custom website and shop templates, all exclusive right are transferred to you.
Reselling and redistributing my items after purchase is prohibited.
I keep copy of every custom design on my computer for 3 months, including:
- custom logos,
- custom themes,
- custom print designs,
- custom image headers.
Please make sure to save your copy in safe place. After 3 months period I will not be able to send you backup copy.

Frequently asked questions
My current WordPress blog runs on WordPress.COM version. Can I use this theme?
Unfortunately you will not be able to use this WordPress theme. You need to run your blog on self-hosted WordPress.ORG version. If you are not sure what WordPress version you are using, please contact me prior to purchase!
Will my blog look exactly like demo site?
It will! Please make sure to follow all help guides provided with each purchase. Theme itself doesn't add any widgets to your blog on its own.
Can I upload my custom header/logo?
Yes, you can upload any header image you prefer.
I'm receiving "The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet." error. What to do now?
Don't worry, the only thing you need to do is to extract downloaded file to your computer first, using free software like iZip (for Mac) or 7zip (for PC). Everything you need is inside downloaded package.
