**IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING**

ALL ORDERS PLEASE READ....

UK deliveries - Standard delivery is 2nd class and can take between 2 and upto 14 days and 7 days for 1st class. During November and December this could take longer due to the peak season.

We do advise if an item is needed within the next 2 weeks that you order on a guaranteed service as Royal Mail 1st/2nd class is NOT guaranteed and can take longer than estimated.

We always suggest upgrading for a courier or tracked option at checkout to ensure you are not disappointed.

We DO NOT guarantee delivery by a certain date for 1st/2nd Class - the dates provided by Etsy we cannot amend and are ESTIMATES only, they do not take into account the peak season and any delays.

UPS Service UK - is a 1- 2 day service Monday to Friday. They do not deliver on Saturdays. Someone must be in to take delivery otherwise it gets returned to a UPS access point and must be collected.

Royal Mail Next Day is for orders placed by 12 noon Monday - Thursday for delivery before 4pm and someone must be in to take delivery. Friday orders are for delivery on Monday. We cannot guarantee that Royal Mail will deliver on a Saturday. Someone must be in to sign for the delivery otherwise it will get returned to the delivery office.

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UK -VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING

DELIVERY TIMES ON ETSY - Etsy have changed the delivery profiles and we cannot amend the delivery dates - please see the approximate delivery times overseas. We do not control the dates shown so please check these fit with your timescales and upgrade accordingly to courier.

NORTHERN IRELAND - Due to the Windsor Framework coming into force in 2025, we are expecting delays with items being sent to Northern Ireland. If an item is needed within 2 weeks please use a guaranteed service or contact us prior to ordering.

EUROPE- 8 - 16 days

AUSTRALIA /New Zealand- 21- 32 + days

USA - 12- 20 days ***Due to a change in policy from the White House the de minimis order value has been removed and duties and taxes are now paid for the item enters the US. As this has been removed with little warning we do not know the impact on delays to postal services at this stage** There are delays with some orders in customs so items can take longer. Expedited postage by courier is also affected.

Canada - 14 - 28 days depending on clearing customs. October onwards - Standard delivery has just resumed following the strikes - but they do continue to be rotational strikes. Please be advised that delays and service disruption may still occur as Canada Post continues to process the back log and stabilise its operation.

USA - Please note that we cannot send orders to APO/AE addresses. If an item is sent and the address is incorrect it will NOT be returned to us and we will not be able to resend.

Please note that we are no longer in the EU and therefore orders to countries outside the UK can and will be liable for VAT/Duty which will need to be paid to receive your order from the provider.

SALE SECTION- All items in this section are heavily discounted and are NON RETURNABLE. There is a flat postage rate so the more items purchased from this section the better it works out.
