I accept credit and debit card payments through Etsy's Direct Checkout and PayPal. You are not required to have an account with PayPal to use their services, just a credit card. Order will be shipped between 0 - 2 days after payment clears. All duties and customs taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your country's customs office to check the costs before ordering.

I ship nationally and internationally by Standard Air-mail unless registered/tracked mail in selected. Items are shipped 0 - 2 business days after payment.

Domestic orders usually take 3-5 business days to arrive after shipment. International orders usually take 7-10 business days to arrive after shipment (except Italy which may take a bit longer).

Due to many factors, such as customs and weather, international orders may take up to 6 weeks. Domestic orders may take up to 2 weeks.

Customs and import taxes
Depending on your country of residence, you may also need to pay customs, duties or taxes on your purchase. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Any orders made around the holidays may have delays in shipping times.

If you wish to cancel your order before I ship the item then a full refund will be provided. If, however, I have already shipped the item I will provide a refund (minus shipping costs) once the item has been returned to me.

Please keep in mind that colors may vary from monitor to monitor. Any piece made with natural materials may have slight imperfections to them. I believe these imperfections are what makes each piece unique and naturally beautiful. Natural stones, shells and gemstones may vary in size, color and shape.

I usually don't accept custom orders, however if you'd like changes in length or other small changes to an item I'll be happy to do that for you, but contact me first before you make purchase. Also if you'd like to have earrings to match a necklace, for example, I'll do that for you as long as I have the right materials available. Just send me a convo and I'll see what I can do!

Keep jewelry away from direct sunlight.
Remove it when you are cleaning, swimming
or taking a shower.
Avoid contact with alcohol, fire and
chemical products.
Clean and polish your jewelry with a

Information I Collect

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewelry, for example), if you contact me directly.

Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It

* as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
* Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
* Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
* Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

Data Retention

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.
Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Your Rights
