CUSTOM SIZE ORDERS
We love bringing your ideas to life with custom orders! We can either modify what we already make or let us know in details what you need (size/color/timeframe etc).
ARE THE LIGHT FIXTURES DIMMABLE? WHICH LIGHT BULBS I CAN USE?
Yes, all of our light fixtures are dimmable but not all light bulbs are dimmable. It is all about the light bulbs you use. Please check with the light bulb manufacturer before buying the light bulbs.
All our mason jar light fixtures, regular or candelabra base socket, we do recommend to use 40W or 60W LED light bulbs. Our cage lights look great with the 60W EDISON LED bulbs.
The the mason jars vanity lights will fit better an oval shape light bulb no more than 3.2" long.
I NEED MY ORDER FASTER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you need your order earlier than our estimated delivery date, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will be happy to cover your needs and arrange a faster shipping service if needed (additional fees may apply).
CAN THE LIGHT FIXTURES BE INSTALLED INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?
All our light fixtures are build for indoor use but installation in well covered areas outdoors should be fine if not in direct contact with the elements.
WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME FOR MY ORDER?
We like to take our time and effort for the right QUALITY in each handmade item we build. For this matter, please know that regardless of size, we process orders in the order they are received, turn around time is 3 to 7 days per order!
HOW TO TAKE A GOOD CARE OF MY HANDMADE ITEMS?
Every piece is made with care as soon as we receive your order.
We cut, sand, stain and cover the wood with polyurethane that creates a durable, scratch resistant, wipeable finish for a long lasting use.
The pipe/metal is protected also with 3 coats of enamel for anti-rust protection.
All you need to do to maintain the quality of the items is to wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. Please avoid the use of chemicals or household cleaners.
HOW DO I PICK THE CORRECT MIRROR SIZE?
All the mirror sizes at checkout include the frame and are the outside frame dimension. We use 3.5" wide wood frame for all our mirrors, some custom orders can be made with 2.5" wide frame if requested in advance.
For example, if you pick a 24"x30" mirror from the drop down menu - the outside frame size is 24" wide x 30" tall and the actual visible mirror will be 17"x23".
Orientation is important, 24"x30" is vertical orientation and 30"x24" is horizontal orientation. At checkout you can pick your correct orientation.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY?
Yes, we do accept returns, exchanges and order cancellations on most of our items.
Custom orders and sale items are final and can’t be returned or exchanged.
If you need to send something back, just make sure it’s in its original condition, unused and undamaged, and shipped within 7 days of delivery.
Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and there’s a 20% restocking fee. Also, we’re unable to refund the original shipping charge or the actual shipping cost for items that shipped free.
Need to cancel? No problem—just let us know within 12 hours of placing your order.
