What if my item came damaged? Can I get a refund?
I do not offer refunds but I can send a new product! I require proper proof of damage.

What if I put the wrong address/it was sent back?
If you put an incorrect address and did not realize until after item was sent out, or you failed to pay customs and it was sent back, you may:
Either receive a refund for the item WITHOUT shipping costs,
OR pay for new shipping label for it to be sent back once again.
Care for crochet accessories
Hats/cup items/scarfs/bags/ANYTHING USABLE
You can machine wash AND dry without damage! I recommend 20min tops on a gentle cycle for both. If it is still wet after drying, leave to air dry!
EXCEPTION: If there is a ribbon like my bell purse, please remove before a wash!
Care for crochet plush
Toys/plush NOT usable items
SPOT CLEAN. The plushies I offer have a lot of extra parts that might damage, fall off, or lose their shape if machine washed. You can hand wash or spot clean with a wet rag.
PLEASE be aware if there is any blush/blushed ears that the color can come off if rubbed.
Care for crochet keychains
Be gentle, but they will survive on your purse even if you're a bit rough or clumsy like me!
Just try your best not to tug on them excessively.
If a bead comes off a chain, you can often put it back on and close the loop with plyers or tweezers if you do not have any proper tools!
If the crochet part is dirty, spot clean only.
Gift wrapping and packaging
If you mark as a gift, I will only remove my note to the buyer and include your personal message. Otherwise, it will have the same packaging as my normal orders.
This is because I wrap them all nicely regardless!
