How long does it take to process my order?
Due to a high volume of orders, our current processing time has increased to 8-10 business days (aside from shipping time). Please note this does not include weekends or holidays. It may take an additional 2 business days in some cases depending on our volume of orders.
How long does shipping take?
Once the order is processed, most items ship via USPS Standard Mail (3-5 business day delivery). Please note that USPS may experience delays from time to time, so we recommend to place your order far in advance to make sure it arrives by the date needed.
Lulu's Dreamy Designs is not responsible for delays on the carrier's end. We can only guarantee it will be processed in 8-10 business days on our end.
If your event is coming up soon, we highly recommend upgrading to a faster shipping method. The only shipping method that offers a guaranteed delivery is Express Mail shipping.

Lulu's Dreamy Designs is not responsible for any lost or stolen package once it is accepted into the post office, but please never hesitate to contact me if you have any problems.

Shipping time relies on the shipping carrier.
