Shipping Time:
Please keep in mind that our made‑to‑order products require a processing time of 1–3 days so we can source materials and create your item. During peak seasons—such as Halloween or Christmas—processing times may be slightly longer.
Non-deliverable Items:
Before checking out, please ensure that your shipping address is accurate, including any apartment or unit numbers. We do not issue refunds for undeliverable packages. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we must wait for it to arrive back before resending it. Re‑shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns:
RETURNS: All of our products are made to order, so for hygienic reasons we do not accept returns. There are exceptions to this rule—such as if we send out the wrong item or if the product arrives defective (for example, ink smudges, holes, or caps that won’t snap closed). In these cases, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
Cancellations:
CANCELLATIONS: We begin our part of the creation process within an hour of receiving your order. Because of this, orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. There are important reasons for this: we invest time and resources immediately—sourcing materials, substrates, ink, and more—to begin producing your item. Placing an order serves as a binding agreement between the buyer and the seller.

Wholesale availability
We are more than happy to offer wholesale options on most of our products. However, time constraints and pricing considerations do apply. Please reach out to us regarding wholesale inquiries, and we’ll gladly provide you with a bulk‑pricing quote.
