If the phone case does not fit your phone model, you must provide a photo showing the case on your phone and a photo of your phone model.
- If a customer behaves rudely or inappropriately, a refund may be denied, regardless of whether the mistake was made by us or not.

*Shipping Policy*
- We send shipments to the address provided by the customer. If the address is incorrect, no refund will be issued, and the customer will bear all additional costs.
- If the delivery company fails to deliver the package to the correct location despite the address being correct, we will work with the delivery service to resolve the issue. However, the customer assumes the risk and all associated costs if the delivery cannot be completed.
- If the customer is not home at the time of delivery and the package is returned, no refund will be issued. We can arrange a redelivery for an additional fee.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide a phone number when placing the order so that the delivery person can contact them.
- Delivery times can be affected by customs clearance, unexpected weather conditions, and other unforeseen risks such as strikes, natural disasters, or transport disruptions. These situations may cause delays that are beyond our control.

- Colors might look different on different screens. By purchasing, you agree that the color of the product may vary slightly from what is shown in the pictures and that you will not make any claims regarding this issue.
- The phone case camera area might differ from the pictures. If you use special clip-on lenses, this case may not be compatible. Contact us for specific camera area pictures. By purchasing, you agree to accept either open or closed camera area types, especially for Samsung models.
