Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely! I’m happy to personalize your case. You can add your text in preferred font, color or other requests in the personalization box when ordering — or send me a message after checkout.
Are your cases MagSafe compatible?
Our cases support wireless charging but are not MagSafe magnetic. If you want to use MagSafe accessories, you can attach a separate magnetic ring to the case.
Do you accept wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes! If you’re interested in larger orders for gifts, events, or stores, send me a message for special pricing and details.
Can I cancel my order after purchasing?
Cancellations are accepted within 3 hours of purchase. After that, production usually begins, but feel free to message me — I’ll always do my best to help if possible. 💖
Can I see more phone models than listed?
Yes! Not all phone models are listed in the shop. If you’d like to see additional models, just send me a message and I’ll share what’s available.
Who pays for return shipping?
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, as per Etsy’s policy. Once I receive the item in its original condition, I’ll issue a refund for the product price.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes! I gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Please contact me first so we can arrange everything smoothly. Buyers cover return shipping costs and any loss in value if the item isn’t returned in original condition. Once received, I’ll issue the refund or exchange as agreed.
How can I clean my phone case?
You can gently wipe it with a soft cloth and mild soap or just water. Avoid alcohol-based cleaners to keep the phone case print protected.
What if my case arrives damaged or doesn’t look as expected?
Please contact me immediately with a photo of the issue. I’ll do my best to resolve it quickly and make it right.
