My order says it's been "Delivered" but I didn't receive it.
Etsy partners with Pitney Bowes to offer First-Class USPS flats and letters with tracking information included; therefore, the tracking is through Pitney Bowes and the delivery is by USPS.
Please note that letter tracking isn't as accurate as package tracking provided by USPS. In my experience, sometimes the Pitney Bowes tracking will stop updating all together or will update to "Delivered" when it is in the destination zip code and not the actual residence. If this happens, it will typically arrive later that day or the next day. But if you do not receive it within a couple days of it being delivered, please let me know and I'll be happy to replace and/or refund it.
The tracking number on my order doesn't work with USPS tracking.

Is your packaging discreet?
Yes. My packaging will not include my shop name or any brat/smut/kink references. The return address name is "Violet L. Craft".
Is "processing time" the same as "shipping time"?
No. The processing time is the time it takes me to prepare, package, and hand the order off to USPS. My processing time is different depending on the item but can take up to five days. It may ship sooner but it's dependent on my order volume. Please keep in mind that we are a small operation and we try to prepare and package orders as fast as possible.
My order was expected by a certain date but I haven't received it.
You can always contact me about orders you did not receive. I will ask that you wait a few days after the expected delivery date before we move forward with a replacement as there may have been delays beyond my control. Once I hand it off to USPS, it is quite literally out of my hands.
What's the book that you use to take pictures of your bookmarks? It looks spicy...
The Brat Diaries, by Letti Lustcraft (me). Signed copies are available on my shop and you can buy unsigned copies or the ebook pretty much anywhere books are sold! Please be aware that it's very heavy on BDSM, CNC, punishments, etc. All stories are between consenting adults but it's not everyone's cup of tea and that's okay! Just be warned before you read.
