Can I return items?

Returns are accepted for one specific reason which is: the completely wrong or different item was sent.

If you’re not happy with your purchase please message us within 24 hours to discuss.

We do our best to accurately photograph and describe all listed items: at times small differences may occur.

For example if we list a lobster clasp and you receive a circle clasp that is not a reason for a return. As well ALL measurements are approximated.

Buyers have 24hours upon receipt of parcel to contact us with concerns. After that there are no returns.

Buyer’s are responsible for return shipping and it must include tracking & adequate insurance.

Shipping

WE PAY FOR YOUR SHIPPING AND ALL PARCELS HAVE TRACKING #’s
Most important: please ensure your shipping address is correct & current.

All shipping has adequate insurance coverage for your new treasure.

We ship via Canada Post

We packaged all items so as to prevent damage during transit.

Once a parcel leaves our shop we are no longer responsible for its whereabouts or delivery times.

If a parcel arrives badly damaged please photograph before opening.

We are not responsible for lost, mis delivered or damaged items or packages.

In the event of damaged or lost parcel we will assist in filing an Insurance Claim through Canada Post.

Damaged Parcel

Once an item leaves our shop it is no longer our responsibility. All items are sent out in good and working condition or a described in their listing.

If the parcel arrives damaged: please photograph BEFORE opening . Please photograph packaging condition and the item.

If the item arrives damaged we will assist in filing an insurance claim with Canada Post. To do that we will require the buyer’s phone number.

The buyer must also report the damaged parcel to the US postal system or Canada Post within 2 business days of receiving the parcel.

Please know that we will assist in filing all necessary claims. It is a process and may take up to 4 weeks or longer to sort out.

It will be resolved.

Care instructions

All vintage jewelry is delicate and may be affected by common jewelry cleaners.

We recommend using a soft polishing cloth and a bit of soap and water only.

Professional jewelry cleaning is fine.

Do not use vinegar, baking soda, toothpaste, toothbrushes or anything abrasive.

Do not expose jewelry to hand lotions, hairspray, perfumes and do not bath or swim while wearing.

Once the jewelry is in your possession it is no longer our responsibility.

Authenticity

WE GUARANTEE ALL NAME BRAND ITEMS TO BE AUTHENTIC.

In addition our lines of jewelry the materials ( precious metals and gemstones) are also guaranteed authentic.

We always do our best to only purchase from reputable sources ( estate auctioneers, antique dealers or referrals, shop closures, going out of business, etc.) These are people who we’ve been working with over a period of many years and we trust them.

A buyer has 24 hours from delivery to contact us if there is a cause for concern.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The return must contain a tracking number as well as adequate insurance.

Once returned in original condition a refund minus our shipping costs will be issued.

Buyer’s Responsibilities

We fully encourage all prospective buyers to do some research about the brand you may be interested in.
Nearly all jewelry brands Hallmarks, Trademarks have evolved and changed over the years.

There are lots of reputable websites to offer guidance so an informed purchase may be made.

💙Suggestion: please do your own research for pricing & authenticity trademarks/hallmarks prior to purchasing.

Authenticity Certificates

Authenticity can be done on any item. We use 2 reputable online authenticators.

For All items the buyer is responsible for the cost which can range from 50 to 70$ Cad or more.
This is a non- refundable cost no matter the results. This is also only done at the buyers request.
