I was certainly nervous ordering my wedding dress online without seeing it, but I must say it was worth the gamble! I’m so pleased with what’s arrived and I can’t wait to wear it. To say it’s a fantastic deal would be underselling it. The fabric quality is exceptional for anyone worrying about this, and the communication with the company is most helpful. As mine was customised it took longer to arrive than expected (ordered Dec - arrived April) but the delivery once ready was speedy and carefully wrapped for transport. When I have some photos of me wearing it I will upload on here. I had the sleeves and length changed to suit my tastes as well as a veil to complete the look. For anyone wanting to get a truly beautiful bargain and still feel bridal and special, this is a wonderful place to order from ☺️

WOW. I was so nervous (like terrified) ordering a custom dress online but no other design came close to what Lana drew up for me. From my very first message, communication with the entire team at Lutien/Amros was outstanding. They were always so kind and patient when I was having trouble finding the right words to explain what I wanted. Katarina was an absolute wizard bringing all my ideas to reality, and I really appreciated being involved in every step of the way. It took ~3 months to make since they had to order my fabric but it shipped right away and arrived in only 4 days. Workmanship and quality exceeds my expectations. The dress fits like a glove and won't need any alterations. Truly my dream dress, I can't wait to feel like a dark elf queen on my wedding day in October. Thank you SO much! I was a bit sceptical ordering my wedding dress online, especially a different color than standard model. It definetelly exceeded my expectations. 🥰 Lana and Katerina updated me through the whole process from fabric choices and every change and progress that was made. Costumer service was 5/5. I was a bit sceptical how the white sequine will look like in person and was afraid that it will look a bit cheap shinny, but it is so luxurious 😍😍😍 Quality is superb and the dress is literally made for me. It fits perfectly. I did not imagine it beeing so long but I will be able to wear higher heels 😊 There was a bit of a problem with the delivery but Lana handled everything. So if you are thinking of ordering the dress online, Lutien bridal gowns is definitely the right choice 👌

The dress was gorgeous! I asked them if they could do something inspired in Pride and Prejudice and not only Lana did the research but also the team cosidered the best way for that design to fit my body and for the historical patterns to be mixed with some sparks, which was exactly what I wished for. They were specific sending photos of every detail, and were incredibly helpful regarding any inconvinience. The only cons: I understand these are normal issues when you order online, but the delivery was made very close to the wedding date, and it was sent from a further place than the location appearing in the description so it took more time and import tariffs had to be paid. The dress arrived and there were some fitting to be made with only three days till the wedding. Setting aside that big stress I very much recommend them!

I was very happy with my dress! The silk feels durable and strong but looks absolutely liquid in the sunlight - so stunning! It feels comfortable and light and something I will be able to wear the entire day. Very good quality construction and I am so excited to wear this at my wedding later this year!

This dress looks exactly like it was pictured and was crafted beautifully!The seller was very helpful and professional, and was even nice enough to make this dress for me on special request and sent me photo updates of the whole process. It also arrived much quicker than I expected after shipping. Anyway this dress is amazing and I want to put it on every day. I'm so happy I ordered my dress here!
