CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
We offer cancellations and changes within 8 hours of purchase. After 6 hours, orders will be already in production, and it is not possible to cancel or make changes.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Because each item is made to order especially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include 3 clear photos of the issue (from different angles). Digitally altered or AI-generated images are not accepted as proof of damage.
Once we review everything, we’ll take care of you as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund.
If a return is approved, the item must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer if a return is required.
SHIPPING & PRODUCTION
Typical production times for our products:
• Pillow covers: 5-8 business days
• Table runners: 3-7 business days
• Shower curtains & bath mats: 2-5 business days
• US delivery usually takes 2 to 7 business days.
• International delivery can take up to 30 business days.
• Shipping times may be longer during the holiday season.
• Please note that shipping time frames listed are estimates, not guarantees. We have no control over delivery times once we have shipped the items. But we will do our best to ensure you get your order as quickly as possible.
• If we have to resend an order due to buyer error, there will be a reshipment fee.
• Please note that your order may be shipped in separate shipments if you purchase multiple items.
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before you order. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for lost packages because they were sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer.
There is a minimum of $8 re-ship fee depending on the item.
LOST MAIL
Please contact us within seven (7) days of the estimated delivery if you haven't received your order. Please follow the steps below if your order has been marked as delivered but you have yet to receive it.
• Check with family members, neighbors, the manager's office, the security desk, the doorman, etc., to see if they have your package.
• Ask the delivery postal worker where they left the package. Ask if the package may still be in the delivery truck.
• Check if the package is being held at the post office.
• Take the receipt and tracking number to your local post office – USPS can use their GPS to see where the package was delivered.
• If all of these efforts do not locate the package and you suspect theft, file a police report.
SIZE TOLERANCE & INSERT GUIDE
Because our pillow covers are handcrafted, slight size variations may occur. We allow up to 1 inch of size tolerance (depending on the cover size).
INSERT RECOMMENDATION
For a full look, we recommend using an insert that is the same size as the cover or 1 inch larger.
Example: An 18x18 cover pairs well with an 18x18 insert for a relaxed look, or a 19x19 insert for a fuller, more “plump” look.
We generally recommend down-alternative pillow inserts.
HOW TO MEASURE YOUR PILLOWS
COVER: Turn the cover inside out and lay it on an even flat surface. Measure from side seam to side seam with a measuring stick or tape.
PILLOW w INSERT: Use a flexible tape measure. Without squashing the pillow, measure from side seam to side seam. Order that size cover. Covers are made slightly smaller for a snug fit.
COLORS AND SCALE
While we have made every effort to represent the colors and scale of our designs as accurately as possible, the finished product may be slightly different than shown in the picture. In addition, due to different monitor settings and the nature of fabric printing, colors may vary slightly.
CUSTOM SIZES
Currently, we cannot offer custom sizes - only the sizes stated in the listing are available at this time.
PERSONAL NOTES AND GIFT WRAPPING
Unfortunately, we don't currently offer personal notes or gift wrapping with our products. We apologize for any inconvenience.
