I am Neily, the hands and the heart behind every bottle, jar, and bar in this little shop.
Lux Anima was born in Tampa, Florida — but its roots reach back to Cuba, where I was born and raised until I came to the United States at nineteen. The women in my family taught me, without words, that the everyday gestures of caring for the body are also gestures of caring for the soul. That oils, salt, water, fire, and intention are never just ingredients. They are memory. They are inheritance.
I named this shop in Italian — Lux Anima — because Italy has always felt like a country my soul remembers from another life. The language, the land, the way beauty is honored as something sacred — all of it lives somewhere in me.
Every product I make is poured by hand in small batches, with breath, presence, and a sigil sealed into the work. The crystals you find inside my oils and scrubs are not decoration — they are companions. The petals are chosen, not bought in bulk. The fragrances are layered like prayers.
This is mystical, intentional, hand-poured skincare. Not therapy. Not religion. Just alchemy in glass — for women who understand that softness is a sacred act, and that lighting a small flame inside yourself is the most powerful magic there is.
