Digital files; nothing is shipped. Each listing shows exactly what's included, with formats and sizes, before you buy, and the files are ready right after payment. Preview images carry a watermark. Your downloaded files don't, unless the listing's description says otherwise. If anything about your order is unclear, message us.

With an Etsy account: go to etsy.com/your/purchases and select Download Files. Guest checkout: use the download link in the email Etsy sends (check spam and promotions). Paid with Apple and "Hide My Email"? Etsy sends the link to the private relay address Apple created, and Apple forwards it to your real inbox — search your mail for "Etsy" if you cannot see it. Always download in a web browser such as Chrome or Safari — the Etsy app does not reliably support downloads. No extra account of any kind is required. If you get stuck, message us through Etsy.

Print at home, at a local print shop, or through an online print service. Choose the file that matches your frame's shape, and ask for it to be printed at actual size, with no cropping or resizing.

Online print services buyers often use:
- United States: Mpix, Printique, Nations Photo Lab, FinerWorks
- Canada: Posterjack
- United Kingdom: Photobox, theprintspace
- Europe: Saal Digital, CEWE
- Australia: Officeworks

Check each service's sizes and papers before ordering. A matte or fine-art paper suits most designs. The guide in your download has more printing tips.

iPhone: convert the MP4 to a Live Photo with a free app such as intoLive, then set it as your wallpaper in Settings. Android: many phones set an MP4 as wallpaper straight from Gallery or Wallpaper settings; if yours does not, a live wallpaper app from the Play Store does it. Windows PC: use Wallpaper Engine (Steam) or the free app Lively Wallpaper — Windows does not loop an MP4 as wallpaper on its own. Samsung Frame TV / smart TV: upload through Art Mode or your TV's wallpaper feature; the steps vary by model. Ly Arts Studio is not affiliated with these apps.

Ly Arts Studio designs are made in the studio using digital tools, including generative AI, then reviewed and prepared before release. Each file is produced in the device formats and print ratios listed on its product page, with a setup guide included. When a listing says "Oil Painting" or "Textured," it describes the artistic style of the digital file, not the physical medium — all items are digital files, and nothing is shipped. Purchases include a personal-use license. Not permitted: commercial use (reselling, branding, licensing, or business promotion), redistribution or sharing of files, modifying the artwork to resell, uploading to print-on-demand services, or mass reproduction of any kind. All sales are final on digital items — files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. This is standard for digital downloads and is stated on each listing. If you believe there is a problem with a file, message us through Etsy: each file is prepared and checked in the studio, and we stand behind our work.

Wallpapers are offered for the screens named on each listing. On Etsy that is desktop and TV (16:9), phone (9:19.5) and ultrawide (21:9). Each listing states exactly which formats it includes, and the files are prepared at those exact ratios. If your screen uses a different ratio, your device may crop the design slightly — this is normal for any wallpaper. Colors can vary between screens depending on display settings.
