What will I receive after purchasing?
You will receive a digital download — no physical item is shipped. Files may include JPG, PNG, MP4 (animated), ZIP folders, or a PDF with a Google Drive link, depending on the listing.
We offer wallpapers for: desktop & laptop, ultrawide monitors, Samsung Frame TV & smart TVs, iPhone & Android phones, smartwatches, tablets, and more.
Your files are available immediately after checkout. File formats and supported devices are always listed on the product page before you buy.
How do I download my files after buying?
Right after checkout, check two places:
1. Your Etsy inbox — an automated message from Ly Arts Studio
2. Your email (including Spam/Promotions folders)
Have an Etsy account? Go to etsy.com/your/purchases and click "Download Files."
IMPORTANT: Always download using a web browser like Chrome or Safari — the Etsy app does not reliably support file downloads.

Do I need a Google account to download my files?
No — a Google or Gmail account is never required. If your device asks you to sign in, here is how to bypass it:
- iPhone: Long-press the link and tap "Open in New Tab."
- Android: Copy and paste the link into Chrome or Samsung Internet. If prompted to log in, tap the Menu (three dots) and select "Request Desktop Site."
- PC / Mac: Paste the link into a Private or Incognito browser window.
How do I set up an animated (MP4) wallpaper?
iPhone: Convert the MP4 to a Live Photo using the free app "intoLive," then set it as your wallpaper in Settings.
Android: Many phones support MP4 wallpapers directly from Gallery or Wallpaper settings. If not, use a live wallpaper app from the Play Store.
PC / Windows: Use Wallpaper Engine (Steam) or the free app Lively Wallpaper. Windows does not natively loop MP4s as wallpaper.
Samsung Frame TV / Smart TV: Upload via Art Mode settings or your TV's wallpaper feature — steps vary by model.

Are your artworks real paintings or physical products?
No — all items are digital files only. Nothing physical is shipped.
When we use terms like "Oil Painting," "Textured Acrylic," or "Vintage," we are describing the artistic style of the digital file — not the medium it was made in.
Our artwork is created using a blend of AI-assisted generation and hands-on digital artistry. Every AI concept is only a starting point — each piece is then significantly refined and elevated through personal artistic direction to create something truly unique.
Can I use this art for commercial purposes?
All artwork is for PERSONAL USE ONLY unless a listing states otherwise.
Not permitted:
- Commercial use (reselling, branding, licensing, or business promotion)
- Redistribution (sharing or giving files to others)
- Modifying artwork to resell or upload to print-on-demand
- Mass reproduction of any kind
All intellectual property rights belong exclusively to Ly Arts Studio.
What is your refund and return policy?
All sales are final. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. This is standard for digital downloads and in line with Etsy's policies.
We cannot issue refunds for:
- Selecting the wrong design, format, or device type
- Change of mind after purchase
- Mistakenly thinking the item was physical

I can't find my download links. Help!
Please try these steps:
- Check your Etsy inbox for a message from Ly Arts Studio
- Check your email — including Spam and Promotions folders
- Go to etsy.com/your/purchases and click "Download Files"
- Try downloading on a desktop browser (Chrome or Safari), NOT the Etsy app
