We're proud to announce our officially U.S. Patented laser-free etching process for powder-coated tumblers and metal surfaces (Patent No. 12,371,797). This breakthrough technique — developed and perfected in our studio — allows for crisp, detailed designs without the use of lasers. It's a cleaner, safer, and more creative way to customize metal surfaces, and it's 100% unique to M2C1 Designs.

Because each item is custom-made, all sales are final. However, we understand that things happen. If there's ever an issue with your order, please reach out — we're always happy to review and make things right whenever possible.
If an exception is approved:
The item must be unused and returned in original, protective packaging.
Returns must be shipped within 10 days of approval.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds (minus any applicable restocking fees) are processed within 5 business days of receipt and inspection.
