Custom orders are welcome. If you need a print in a size that is not listed or you would like a different type of paper or you would like it on canvas, please send a convo or use the custom request button in the listing.

Prints will be shipped rolled inside heavy duty tubes. I use a combination of recycled and new packing materials and all of my pieces are carefully packed to ensure they will be delivered to you safely. If you need the item to be gift ready, please let me know via Etsy convo, and I will make sure it is beautifully wrapped, so you will only need to put it in a nice bag if you like.

In order to save paper, I don't usually send print copy of the invoice from Etsy, but I will gladly include one upon your request.

Please make sure that you have filled in the correct address where you would like your order to be shipped to, before you make the payment. Due to Paypal policies, I can only ship to the address listed on the transaction. If you want the item to be shipped to a different address (work, gift, etc.), please add and select this address in your PayPal account profile when paying.

Payment is expected within 2 days of purchase.

All the prints are made to order. As soon as I receive your order and your payment the image will be send to a professional lab where it will be printed.

Please note that the photographs will be printed after the payment is received.

Expedited and tracked shipping is available upon request, please contact me if needed.

I want you to be happy with your purchase, and hope that you'll love it! If you don't, please send it back to me, undamaged, in the same packaging, within ten days of receipt and I will refund or exchange it for another item of the same value. I apologize, however shipping costs both ways are to be paid by the customer. When you ship the item back, please write 'Return Item' on the package in order to avoid customs fees on our end.

Although I do my best to pack all orders safely, no postal service guarantees a 100% no damage delivery. If your package arrives in bad condition or you suspect that you may have received a bad deal in transportation, you must open it in front of the postal worker and put a post-service claim if there is any damage of the content. This is the only way I will receive adequate compensation and I will refund your purchase including the shipping costs.
