Frequently asked questions
Items returned due to incorrect mailing address
If an item is returned due to an incorrect mailing address provided by the buyer, we will happily re-ship the item, however the buyer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will hold onto the item for up to 30 days from the date of return. If we do not receive payment for re-shipping the item within the 30 days, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item only, not including any shipping costs. If the item is personalized or custom, we cannot refund the cost of the item or shipping.

Custom and personalized orders
Some of our custom and personalized listings require participation from you as the buyer.
Once we receive your personalized information, we will create a mockup image and send it to you via Etsy Conversation and/or email, typically within 1 business day, for proofing along with final dimensions. Once we receive approval can we begin the 3D printing process. If we do not receive approval within 3 days of the first time we contact you with the mockup information, we will assume you have approved and continue with processing and shipping. We do make multiple (minimum 3) attempts to contact you. Please check your spam folder if you do not hear from us within about 2 business days of your order.
Shipping via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL
Our default shipping carrier is USPS. However, we may ship via FedEx, UPS, or DHL if shipping prices and/or delivery times are better than USPS at an equivalent shipping service (ground, priority, express, etc). This is particularly true for large or heavy items. We will happily refund any shipping overages over $1.00 found this way. Items with free shipping will not receive refunds of shipping overages.
Digital Downloads
No refunds will be issued for Digital Download items.
You can download either from the link in the receipt email or from your Etsy account at Your Account > Purchases and Reviews. Look for the order and click on Download File. Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or a non-mobile computer.
If you have not received a receipt email, please check your spam folder or double check the email used for your Etsy account as this is where it will be sent.
If you're not able to see the purchase under your Etsy account, be sure you are logged in to the correct Etsy account (or if you purchased as a guest).
