5 out of 5 starsThis looks exactly as pictured and fits a few different types of lip balms (it even came with one). The shipping was slow, but the seller reached out multiple times with updates and got it here as quickly as possible. I would purchase from here again.

I’m sorry this customer is upset, she ordered four items I explained I don’t work weekends and would have a couple day delay due to that and she said no problem.. then the item shipped and has been stuck at the post office which I can’t control and I was deeply sorry for that.. I did refund her today and she will get the items for free as soon as the post office finds it.. it was a circle of bad luck and I expressed how sorry I was and wish her the best but once post office has it I can’t do anything more and don’t deserve nasty messages when I did everything I could to rectify this..
