All orders ship out between 2-4 business days (Monday- Friday, non Holidays). Some items take up to 8 business days to ship due to made to order time and construction. If you need a purchase within a certain time, please contact us above to make sure we accommodate your timeline.

All items come individually packaged in our signature box with a velvet pouch and tied with a ribbon, ready to give. All you have to do is open the mailer :) If you would like your item to go direct to your ricipient, please include this info at checkout in the note to seller box. If you would like a personalized note included in the package, please include what you would like written on the note at checkout as well.

All packages come with tracking numbers. Once your order ships, Etsy will email you a shipping notification with a tracking number to . If you are not currently using the email account associated with your account or if you did not receive an email, you can track your package through your account and then orders on the top right of the menu.

United States: Packages can be traced through USPS.com.

International: Some countries offer tracking. Please check with your countries postal system to see if tracking applies. Please keep in mind that international tracking is courtesy and does not always update to delivered status (express mail can vary).

Yes. All of the crystal in our shop is bought direct through Swarovski or through authorized dealers. This also includes all of the teeny tiny rhinestone halos, those are Swarovski crystal as well.

We are located right outside of Boston. Your package will either ship from our local post office or from the Boston HUB post office. During the holiday season we frequent the Boston HUB post office as they send out more frequently and are open 7 days a week.

We do offer priority (U.S. only) and express shipping (U.S. & international). You are welcome to select the upgraded shipping method at checkout. If you need your item to process sooner, please contact the shop directly so we can get your items on their way! Otherwise your package will be subject to our regular processing times.
