The satin is vibrant, the pearls are stunning, the hardware used is high quality and these are pieces designed to last a lifetime. My only complaint was that the delivery took a long time to the US (order placed Sept 25 and didn't arrive until Dec 22) but I feel this is more a result of recent tariff legislation than through any fault of the seller. But something to call out nonetheless. Regardless, I'm already looking forward to my next purchase to continue adding to my growing collection of designer chokers 🩷

Custom and personalised orders
Yes, all custom orders can be made according to size and or specification. So please provide measurements as accurately as possible.

- I do not accept refunds or returns for custom orders which have been started or been made ready for shipping.
-Custom orders will have to be paid fully.
What are samples?
-Samples are items which is currently in a design process, These items will be sold at a reduced pricing.
- I will also be adding random pieces in the samples tab so please keep a look out for unique pieces.
- These pieces may have minor defects so please make sure you are happy before buying. - All items in the sample sale will not be refunded or exchanged.
- I also do not accept returns, If a customer decides to return the item without contacting me the item bought will not be refunded and exchanged.
Care instructions
All harnesses are made with high quality Satin elastic. I also use silk tassels and a mixture of glass and plastic pearls.
All Hardware are in metal and plated.
Please avoid using alcohol based product directly as it may tarnish the metal.
Do not submerge in water and soap for long periods of time.
Hand wash only with warm water and mild detergent.

How long will my order take to be made?
Orders will take 2 weeks for small items and 8-10 weeks for sets and bigger items to be made. shipping time will not be included during this time. so please allow another 1-2 weeks for international shipping.
Everything is made by me so sometimes this might take longer. You will be notified if this is the case and i will keep customers updated as much as possible.
Matorosari is an independent label and will try my best to ensure your orders wont take too long.
Why is my order taking longer.
Unfortunately I am not able to do this full time and I work on other jobs so if your order is taking longer than expected please know it is because im working as well as doing this at the same time.
