Processing Time:
*Attention* We will be on a short vacation and away from the office until July 1st. During this time, responses to messages may be delayed, and order processing will resume upon our return.
We appreciate your patience and understanding. We will do our best to respond to all messages and inquiries as quickly as possible when we return on July 1st. During this time please enjoy the sale processing time is 9-12 business days.

How do I know when my items will ship?
At checkout on each listing on the left side it will say (ships in __ days) This is how many days processing will be. On your invoice the ship date will be located left top corner, this is the day it will ship not when it will be delivered.
You will receive a tracking number for your order when the order ships
Sizing details
Please refer to size chart provided in each listing for reference. All measurements come directly from the manufacturer. Variations anywhere from 0.5 to 2 inches are acceptable within manufacture guidelines.

Shipping:
STANDARD USPS mail takes 3-5 business days for delivery after the order ships out.
PRIORITY MAIL takes 1-4 business days for delivery after the order ships out.
EXPRESS MAIL takes 1-3 business days for delivery after the order ships out.
INTERNATIONAL- 2-3 weeks for delivery after the order ships out.
UPS Ground 2-6 business days is offered for sweatshirts.
Please double check shipping address before checkout we ship to the address provided at checkout buyer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees. If a package is returned we will send you a link to purchase a re-shipping to the correct address. We are not responsible for any delays or damaged while in transit. Estimated delivery date by system is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Exchanges/
We are HAPPY to offer exchanges on most orders if you have received an item that is too big or too small please contact us with in 48 hours of receiving your order. If there is any error on your order please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We typically accept exchanges that are un-worn, un-washed, and free of smells. The buyer is responsible for shipping both ways on exchanges. Please message us for details.

Holiday, Customized and items purchase on sale are final sale can't be exchanged.
Care instructions.
We are proud to offer only top quality materials. Please machine wash warm, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low. Do not iron on design you can iron inside out if needed.
Damges.
Any damages must be reported within 3 days of the delivery date. You must send us a photo of the damage.

We only use Etsy's message system.If you need to contact us please send us a convo thru Etsy we don't use any other communication method. We try to answer all messages asap, but please allow 24-48 hours to respond to messages.
