1. Where will the package be sent from?
All packages are shipped from China.
2. What’s the estimated delivery time?
Most orders take 3–5 days to process, plus 2–3 weeks for shipping.
Delivery time may vary depending on your country or region.

No worries! If you're unsure, just send me a message.

4. Do I need to pay tariffs or import fees?
For standard shipping, you typically don’t need to pay extra fees.
For express shipping, you may need to pay duties depending on your country’s import policies. Let me know if you’d like help checking!
5. What if the item I received isn’t what I ordered?
Please send me a photo of what you received.
If it’s a size issue, kindly place a measuring tape next to the buttons in the photo. I’ll help resolve it as soon as possible.
6. Do you offer deals for bulk orders?

7. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order for any reason within 48 hours of placing it.
If the order has already shipped, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive and return it at your own shipping cost.
8. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, returns or exchanges are accepted. However, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please note that I currently do not have an office outside of China. If you'd like to return an item, please contact me first to request the return address.
9. Do I need to leave a review?
That’s completely up to you! You’re welcome to leave a public review or even send me private feedback—I appreciate either one. Etsy may send automatic reminders about reviews, but please note: sellers are not allowed to request reviews directly, as it’s against Etsy’s rules.
10. Can I combine two orders into the same package?
Of course! Please feel free to reach out and send me a message if you’d like to combine orders. If the orders are placed back-to-back, I usually combine them automatically — but if there’s a gap between them, I might miss it unless you let me know.
