I prefer uncomplicated design, keeping the logotype simple, attractive and easy to remember, and also appropriate to your field or line of business.
Within 24 hours after ordering a custom logo, you will be sent a questionnaire via Etsy Conversation. Adding instructions to the order is not necessary as all important questions can be answered in the questionnaire. The usual turnaround is 6 days but when the sixth day is a Sunday, the designs will be provided on Monday. Further revisions/edits take 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday). All revisions requested on Friday will be processed on Monday.
A single custom logo order includes one design for one business name, multiple projects require multiple orders. When the design is already under construction, I'm unable to change the business name.

Most of my clients want a logo to be suitable for printing/embroidering on t-shirts, hats etc. or for use as a stamp. That's the reason why I specialize in logos that are created in a vector form. In rare cases I use watercolor effects or metallic textures.
The watercolor logos (flower wreaths, watercolor antlers etc.) can't be used in advanced printing techniques and can't be enlarged without limits. The process of creating these logos is different to the techniques I use and used by designers that almost always specialize in that particular style. I avoid these whimsical designs. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

How long does it take?
How long does it take? The timeline is very individual and depends on various factors such as your responsiveness and approval speed. Typically, it ranges from 2-3 weeks. If the brand package includes multiple items, it may take longer.
Are fonts included in the delivery?
I use both free and licensed fonts, which I often modify to make the design more unique, especially for logo design. I’ll provide you with the names of all the fonts I used, so you can easily find them online. Unfortunately, I can’t send the fonts directly to you as it violates the licensing agreements. However, you’ll only need to purchase a font license if you plan to use it for other purposes. For business card text, I typically choose easily accessible fonts.
Do you offer phone consultations?
I wanted to let you know that at the moment, I’m not offering phone calls during any stage of the process. Since we’re likely in different time zones (I’m in the EU), and I’m not really set up for calls right now, it’s just easier for me to focus on what I’m best at—written communication. I find that I can provide you with the best support this way, and I’m here for you via email from Monday to Friday. To get started on your design, I’ll need you to fill out the questionnaire. Having everything in writing is super helpful, as it allows me to refer back to your answers whenever needed.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Due to the nature of custom digital items, I cannot offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed. The only exception is if a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order and I did not start working on your design yet. This information can be found in the detailed description of each item.
