5 na 5 gwiazdekI was super scared this was not going to make it in time. Especially because I was asked to send additional $ for shipping even though when I made the initial order, I was listed to have arrived in well enough time. But today with literally one day to spare, I got a notification that it was in my mailbox! I dont know how other than I was praying so hard! I am sure he will love it, and with that being the last gift to come in, my list is complete! Thank you for making the almost impossible, possible.

1. What is the timeline for your product?
- Handling time: 3-5 working days
- Shipping time: 5+ working days
Etsy counts weekends so the expected delivery date is just an ESTIMATE, that's why please let us know the date you need your item BEFORE purchasing.
2. Can I pay for the expedited shipping?
The fast shipping method depends on the product you purchase.
If you need the order by a specific date, please send us a message in advance with the following information so we can evaluate it for you:
- The listing you want
- Quantity
- Style and Color ( for shirts)
- Shipping address
3. Can I cancel my order?
We do not accept cancellations after placing the order. We'll do our best to process the orders as soon as possible and once your order is in production, we are not able to cancel or make any changes to it. Hope you can understand in this regard.
4. What is your return policy?
Exchange or return items are unacceptable since our products are print-on-demand items, unless the item you received has one of these problems:
- Design errors/wrong order.
- Bad quality: blurry image/print.
- Significantly different from the description.
- Defective/Damaged items
- The order was sent to the wrong address.
5. What should I do when I received the wrong / damaged / defective or missing item?
Please do the following steps and contact us via message:
- Send us photos of the wrong/damaged/defective items.
- Send us a photo of the shipping label attached to the package.
- After that, we will check and give the solution soon.
6. Delivered Not Found
Please do the following steps:
- Check your mailbox and surroundings again.
- Contact your neighbors or the building receptionists. There are several cases in which the neighbors pick the wrong package.
- Contact your local post office to request more information about the package.
- If you haven't located the order, please confirm all the information above via message and we can support you immediately.
7. How can I send or upload my photos?
Please send us high-resolution photos via Etsy message by clicking the "Upload images" button.
8. How do I order multiple items in one order?
Please follow these steps:
- On the listing page, select the item option you want in the drop-down menu.
- Enter your custom requests clearly in the Personalization box (Please reference the example given).
- Select the quantity.
- Click [Add to cart] and either [Keep shopping] to go back to the shop or [Proceed to checkout].
