Requested a refund and seller never responded. Had to open a case with Etsy to get my refund. Would not recommend.

I still haven't received this. It's been about a month since I ordered it. Haven't received any emails or notices. I can't say if the product is good or bad, but the shipping and customer service don't seem to be on top of things!

Can't make it to restroom 🚻 all the time and when nature calls this is the tool you want to have. I made sure I had an empty laundry detergent plastic container around and some tissue to handle my business and it was busy to use and easy to clean.
