I mailed this parcel out on Nov. 12th, in a timely manner very soon after receiving payment (LH235526526US is the tracking. Shipping by USPS 1st class Int. Airmail, as the shipping mode was as always used and indicated in the listing). Canada Post went on strike 3 days later, on Nov 15th, halting mail and parcel services across Canada. It's unfathomable to me that a buyer would hold me responsible enough for a strike affecting 55,000 postal workers to already give me a 1-star rating for the transaction, not for being dissatisfied with the product, but because his nation's entire postal system went on strike on the 15th, 3 full days after I mailed his product on the 12th. If I had the ability to foresee the future, I would have mailed it via FedEx, and we discussed this via messages only AFTER it was mailed.
